Microwave ovens come out of different types like solo microwaves, grill microwaves, convection microwaves, etc. Certain food products should not, for health reasons, be prepared in a microwave oven. To absorb the absolute properties of a certain food, we shouldn’t prepare them in the microwave oven. As they go under extreme heat, they lose two-thirds of their properties. Vegetables

Rather you can clean them thoroughly and eat them half-cooked so that you can absorb full nutrients from them.

Eggs are packed with protein that changes once it is thrown into overheat. Instead of giving its all benefits, it wreaks havoc on your digestive system. So, never cook any recipes of it.

Dried Food

Never put extremely dry food in the microwave because microwaves live mostly on water. If they don’t find it, then ignite their enemies.

Oats

Oats are rich in fiber, magnesium, manganese, thiamine, and several other nutrients. With a closer connection to the microwave, oats will lose most of their properties.

Fish

Fish contains some essential nutrients and some types are high in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids which can be lost while cooking in the microwave.
